I am pretty much a one woman show, the artist, the manager researching new products and the assistant sourcing local materials and getting everything ready to ship. Orders might get prepped and shipped slower, but do know they are being handled with care and patience.

Shipping during the Covid-19 pandemic

We might be experiencing delays in shipping out orders due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Processing your order takes between 2 and 4 days and shipping time may vary since postal offices and couriers are struggling to deliver packages on time. Delays might happen. Thank you for your patience and for supporting my small business during these times!

Products

Each and every one of the products you will find in my Shop is either handmade or produced in Romania, in the EU, with locally sourced materials. 

Fine art prints are carefully printed on a giclee printer using ultra-chrome inks and quality paper. This ensures a high-quality reproduction of the original art that can last for a lifetime. 

Homeware and clothing products will be shipped along with a set of cleaning instructions. Please be mindful of them so you can keep each product in perfect condition for a long time.

Since every display today is different, it might show colors slightly different from the actual product.

Copyright  is not-transferable with an item purchase.

Shipping policy

An estimate is included on each store listing but shipping may vary whether the product is in stock or is being produced in small batches. Official holidays might affect shipping times. Here are some of the timelines you need to have in mind when placing an order:

1. Products in stock will be collected by the delivery company in 3-5 working days.
2. For international deliveries transit time may take up to 30 days (nowadays it can take up to 4 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic). It really depends on your local postal services. Please take into account that customs policies may vary widely for each country and are beyond our control. Additional customs fees may apply.

2.a. You can find the list of countries I ship to on the checkout page. If your country is not listed there, you can contact me at hello@alexiaudriste.ro so I can find a way to work some magic.

1. Pre-orders can take 2-5 weeks to be delivered starting from the moment your order is placed. If any changes come up, I will make sure to notify you all along so you keep a close eye on your order.
   1.a.In case of a hurricane, you will get a full refund.
2. For bigger orders such as corporate gifts or events, email me at hello@alexiaudriste.ro and we will get those elves working to deliver some magic. 

Shipping costs 

Shipping costs depend a lot on your location. The best way to find it is to pick the products you want and head to the checkout page. Over there you will see an overview of all the costs, including shipping.

You should also know:

• For original artwork, additional shipping insurance will be added.
• I love to see a happy customer so any order over 300 RON in value will have free shipping. This one is on the house, enjoy!

I do my best to minimize the carbon print for my shop as much as I  can. Art Prints up to 30x40cm will be shipped in sturdy all-cardboard envelopes or cardboard shipping tubes. When needed, I will add extra padding to your order, consisting mainly of recycled packing materials. Please recycle or reuse the packaging. Every single gesture counts.

If your order consists of several items coming in different shapes or sizes, expect separate packages from my shop. 

So now you’ve heard me confess one too many times I like to use environment friendly packages, but pretty much every order leaving my shop will be shipped in a very cute all cardboard packaging. 

Return & refund policy

As an independent illustrator, I do my best to keep this shop working smoothly, but let’s face it, sometimes things just don’t work out. 

If anything has gone wrong with your order, please send me an email at hello@alexiaudriste.ro with your order number and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Understandably I cannot take responsibility for the way the packages are handled by couriers and postal services, but feel free to drop me an email and give me the opportunity to make it up to you as best as I can.

If you want to return items and get a refund, you can send them back within 14 days of receipt. First of all, please contact me at the email listed above and I will help you out through the return process. Once I receive the items back, a refund will be issued. Customers cover return shipping cost.

If you get sent a wrong item please get in touch with me as soon as possible and I will send you the right order with no additional costs. Sorry!

Payment options

You have a few options to choose from, pick the one that fits you best. 

For orders shipped locally in Romania, you can opt for card payment, bank transfer or cash on delivery. 

For international orders, you can choose between card payment and bank transfer. 

If you have a promo code, you can use it on the checkout page, right below the total cost. Customers can add only one promo code per order. If you have any questions about how to use a code, please contact me via email at hello@alexiaudriste.ro and I will help you out.
